Emily's Safety Tips
1. Alwas wach your step.
Our safety consciouss daughter brought this list home from school the other day. I told her if she is not careful, the spelling police are going to come and get her. She said Grandpa can't spell either and he is not in jail. Thanks Dad.
2. Do not drik posion stuf!
3. Never play loud music on a mikrofone.
4. Dial 911 in emegesys.
5. Be polite.
6. Look both ways befor crosing the street.
7. Do not pett a pet you don't no.

You don't understand, John, I can spell very well, however, many people use different versions on my spelling.
For example, the founding fathers spelled words in a manner inconsistent with your "presumed correct" method??
